Definitely wouldn’t come again. The welcome wasn’t the warmest and it looked chaotic. As we have arrived we were just told when is our treatment and when is our lunch no explanation about anything where is what located. They’ve asked if I’d like a towel and robe I’ve said yes please and she said there’s an additional charge for that. A little surprised as I thought for £200 that would be included in price. Was rammed in like sardines... Not enough beds... Probably enough for a QTR of the people there. Afternoon was horrible... Cold drink are warm and the sandwiches are like school dinners. Even on arrival they tried to change the time of our massage... Had to wait an hour half before ours started and when we got there it was packed and no care or attention to any of it. Real poor experience and the reception didn't even care when I told them... There was also a fight in the changing rooms... Had to walk to a dodgy car park to ... read more
Very good spa day excellent value with treatment and afternoon tea. Was supposed to have 90 min treatment but was an error with vouchers so had 25 which was nice and given free day with 90 min treatment which very good. We found some of the saunas and the pool jacuzzi not as warm as usual and 3 of the steam rooms and several of the lounges were not working. But overall excellent day
