My sister and I went for an overnight at Cliff Castle from Prescott Valley. We were off to a great start when the first person we met was Rick at valet parking. He was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was very nice as well. The gaming was not too good but I guess that’s why they call it gambling!!!

The hotel common areas are pretty nice with soom good restaurant options. The rooms itself wasn't terrible, but had a few downfalls. Not completely clean (cloudy shower and some hairballs on carpet), the view was of roof equipment and the nearby building, and strangely the refrigerators in the rooms are not powered and just act as coolers.
