Cliff is an excellent hypnotherapist. He can work with your mental health therapist to achieve your goals. Cliff has helped me improve my sleep and cut down on sweets. He can give hypnosis online or on person. I have had both. I like both. I have attended his weekly group online that helps me relax and destress. I can attend then get to sleep for a restful noght.
