Unprofessional and not trustworthy financial service for usa or canada tax filing. Usually late( avg time 1.5-2 weeks) reply for email and phone calls/messages never reply. I had really bad experience with clickmytax - there was miscommunication about filing my personal taxes and asked cpa to correct it politely.
