The worst experience by far. I recently took over our Marketing team to find out our existing clickdimensions license expired. We attempted numerous times to get help, understand where we were and identify what we needed to do, all our efforts were unsuccessful. Their customer service is Terrible! I recently had the unfortunate experience of using ClickDimensions services for my business, and I am utterly disappointed with the level of service I received. From the beginning, it was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or delivering on their promises. In New Zealand it's illegal to send an "opt-out" email. While this is dubious in the US, it's not OK for other countries. Obviously they don't care about international laws.
