Two months in a row our mortgage payments have shown late. Even though we mail another mortgage to another bank at the exact same time and they never show late. What’s is happening here?! Why are you taking so long to process our payments. Mail both at the exact same times and the other mortgage company processes the payment over 20 days earlier! What is going on here the last two months for this to be happening and then we have to pay for your problem. And we don’t even know it’s late because you don’t send a new statement.
My Background is a lender for 28 years a former Vice President of a bank. Click N Close is a terrible Wholesale and Correspondent lender. I will be as detailed as possible to save everyone from dealing with this company. First know the players at Click N Close. I'm being told I can't get a pay off letter.Even though you're suppose to get one within 7 days. What should I do? I paid the loan off on 3/17/2025
