Apparently, my loan has been sent off to this company. I am horrified after reading the reviews. Why isn't there a lawsuit already? I hope I don't have any issue as all other customers appear to be having.
Ive sent them checks for my payment and it takes over 30 days to process and try to blame me for being late when i sent it a month early wish the would transfer my loan or get someone in their mail room who wants to work
They are one of the worst. They have a ridiculous policy: if they try to pull from your account and it doesn’t go through twice, that’s it — you can’t pay your card ever again. I was set up on auto-pay, and like most people, we have more than one bill. One of my bills was a bit higher than usual, so my account was short by a few dollars. That’s it. Absolute horrible experience! Their processing methods need to be audited, and their license should be suspended. The people working here need training on customer service. If everyone would read the reviews BEFORE submitting any documentation stress and heartache can be avoided.
We met Brent Ehm through his wife Daneen who was our realtor. Brent was able to assist us with the build and purchase of our new home. Brent was honest and provided steps along the way. There were no surprises at the end no extra costs. Things went very smoothly this was by far the best experience with buying a home. Thank you Brent Ehm making our dreams come true.
