Not sure how this company is still in business. They caused us to delay closing 3 times and ultimately lose the land we were planning to build our home on. No communication and so unprofessional. Do not use this broker!
I have had many mortgage companies and this one is the biggest rip off and not very experienced when you call in about a late charge and they tell you it isn't late and still charge you. I pay on time and they try and get extra money from you.
Won’t see you in person and customer support is not helpful. You call and they say send an email.
Our mortgage just went up $2000 more a month, no explanation. The county said we have paid our taxes. When I reviewed our bill, taxes were accounted for. Not sure why our mortgage is now so high. We contacted click n close, the customer service was horrible. No answers. Now trying to figure out what to do. The amount of stress this has caused is unacceptable. :(
If you’re considering Click n Close for your mortgage, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. This has been one of the most frustrating, disorganized, and stressful experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a financial company. Communication is practically nonexistent— they don't reach out if they're any issues with your account and when you do manage to reach someone, you’re often met with zero clarity or, worse, get hung up on while on hold.
