I was originally with Rate Guaranteed but IDK HTH I ended up with C&C. I am shaking in my after reading these horrible reviews. God forbid I don't have a problem with them with my mortgage. After reading the reviews, I'm horrified, especially about the one stating escrow shortage and a miscalculation of property taxes, which is my problem i understand things happen but the 3k. And you send a letter stating my taxes had went down months after I move in . I have been in my house for one year, and my escrow is short $3,118 because of a mistake that they made on their end, and I'm having to pay for it. Since the inception of this loan, the level of service provided has been unacceptable, characterized by misinformation and a blatant disregard for borrower rights. 1. WOW is all I can say about Bob Paglia and his group at Click n' Close. I did my very first VA One Time Close loan and they walked me through the entire process. Even after the loan closed and I needed help gathering additional documents they were right there to help. I look forward to doing another loan with them. You can't go wrong with Bob and his Team.
