Approved for our loan and then it was one thing after another jumping through hoops, needing this document and that After a long and stressful process we were supposed to close and the DAY BEFORE closing they said they needed more documents and delayed AGAIN. This is after we already paid appraisal and other fees out of pocket! Our general contractor was also disgusted with this company, their process, requirements, and non stop delays.... read more
