My son was at royal haven in Northridge, they are dirty and lazy, plus kept my son on the trachea/feeding tube to keep him longer in order to collect from medi-cal also stopped offering PT, OT and ST because they stated that he wouldn't benefit from it and if I like I can pay them cash for it. I removed him against their recommendations I changed his insurance and placed him in Casa Colina in Pomona What a difference. Do not place your loved ones with these people Royal Haven more like Living Hell
