Be aware when booking a load with this company. Booked a load with them, driver got to shipper and was told he did not have an appointment and to leave premises. Clever Transco asked us to wait for a few minutes to sort it out. Couple hours later they said to send driver back. Fortunately, driver had shippers phone number and when he called, he was told he still did not have a PU appointment and will be waste of time to go back. We did not hear back from Clever Transco until next day 9AM asking if driver can pick the load... read more
