This is a superb company automating public transportation worldwide.
This company is absolutely ridiculous. You can never talk to anyone. Getting help through email is just as bad. You try to ask questions and they act if they have no clue. They lose so many sales due to the fact they never get back to you. I have left numerous voicemails for all 3 of the US locations and have never spoke to a single person till today who told me I had to call back a talk to sales. If it was a choice of 0 stars that's what you would have received!!!!!!!!
I contacted this company several times to request a quote for a bid. No one has ever responded or even bothered to pick up the phone. I can't believe this is how they treat potential new customers. Unbelievable.
