Beware. They may make a parent lose their job. Most of the staff are not knowledgeable of how to actually care for children and would rather turn them away some days. Therefore you risk losing your employment. On Monday your child may be welcome, but come Tuesday or Wednesday, they may not be and get turned away.

Can’t speak for all but the one on Ridge Road in Cleveland is horrible. My baby has been going a month and it’s been nothing but issues. This place is severely understaffed and yet keep accepting more kids. I can’t keep up with the teachers names because it’s almost new face each day. The teachers can’t handle these kids. I’ve had two teachers be disrespectful to me. First time I allowed the administration and the facility handle it. I love this center. Melanie and Lisa are great, all of the teachers I’ve met are wonderful. My children are treated with patience and love. My daughter is autistic and I’ve never had an issue here, they are amazing with her. I’d recommend to any of my friends or family!

This center has been nothing short of an amazing experience for my children and I. The new administration goes above and beyond and I have no worries when my children are there and I know they are safe. 10/10 recommend.
