I love this store! So many choices. Stop in to make something. They have a real zen thing going on!
This is such an amazing store! With a very knowledgeable staff. However, it’s deeply disappointing to know the owner is not in the business of restoration —when it comes to the customer service experience. I have made many of purchases over the years, and this past weekend, on Saturday, I purchased a lovely ring. I broke the ring Monday, and returned to the store for support or an exchange, only to be told that once an item leaves the store it’s no longer the stores responsibility. The super nice and helpful people at this store helped us with a complicated problem we were having with the large beaded curtain my husband was making for our house. Without the good advice we received at Cleveland Rocks and Beads, the whole project might have been a disaster. But it turned out to be a great success! We are extremely grateful! I found this store from my Google search while visiting friends and family and I am extremely pleased with my shopping experience! Cleveland Rocks and Beads have a great selection of bead strands at very reasonable prices. They have all manner of charms and other fixins for making your own jewelry. They also have crystals and gemstone specimens and overall I think it's a great shop. I will stop again on my next trip to Cleveland.
Beautiful selection and knowledgeable staff! I was able to find everything I needed to make lovely little earrings for a friend. You can also get lessons or alterations. Prices are very reasonable. Love this spot!
