Truly - thank God for Cleveland IV. I have never met such gentle, compassionate, caring people in my life. Even before we set foot inside, they were so prompt in scheduling and helping us find the location. Once we were inside, they could not have been more professional or prompt. I was feeling better within minutes. There are recliners, blankets, heating pads, SNACKS, calming lights and music - they thought of everything. Cleveland IV needs to be on your speed dial.
I would give 10 stars if possible. I can’t imagine a more comfortable experience for anyone needing a quick pick me up.
Another great experience, and at the new location. This is much more zen and recovery feeling than the last location the parking is waaaay better, the whole atmosphere inside just feels spacious and great layout. I appreciated the separate restrooms. I had been consistently nauseous and weak for 7 weeks, but after ONE drip, I felt like a new person. Tons of energy to boot!!! The facility is very upscale. Between the heating pad, blanket, recliners and tranquil music, I felt very pampered. The owners are super nice and they have a great staff. I purchased a membership because I am hooked!!!!
I have chronic panceatits and have to go to the ER for fluids all the time. I was so sick Friday I decided to give it try. It worked!!! I had the mind soother with magnesium, zofran and torradoll. I did not throw up again. Which for me is a miracle. No 4 hour ER wait. In and out in about an hour. I will definitely go be going back. I wish could post this to Facebook.
