I want express the great care I received from the whole staff of mercy hospital. Very professional and explained things well .the Drs and nurses all the way to CNAs and housekeeping dietary was very helpful and attentive . Know where to go if I ever need a hospital when vacationing in Amish country ohio. BIG SHOUT OUT TO LINDA NURSE CHRISTINA NURSE CNA KATE AND ALL OTHERS ON TWO MAIN . Absolutely a joke of a hospital. Do not go here unless you want to wait 10+ hours to get in. There are literally veterans who are next to me who have been here since noon 1 o clock and havent been seen it is 10pm now. The nurses are kind but other then that theres no sense of urgency of getting people cared for. Go elsewhere if you need care.
12 hr wait had my labs done in a bout 3 then just shoved into the waiting room and forgot about if I could give negative stars I would
I love the awesome nurses and doctor. I usually go to akron hospital. Never again. Nobody can beat mercy. The food was very good too. I'm grateful for the care I received love them all.
