My mom sees Dr. Yepes at the Hispanic Clinic there. Dr. Yepes is one the best doctors we have had. She is attentive, takes times to explains, gives advice, responsive to messages and calls, she get tests done, she does not second guess, she does not judge. Very nice person. The nurses and secretaries at the 4th flood are also very helpful. They are fast; you leave a message, they call you back even when they don't have to (just out of courtesy). Day nurse and CNA super; night personnel loud. Rooms are semiprivate. Not a problem unless the person sharing the room moans, yells out loud talks loud during the night. When asked to change room was told semiprivate and no consideration taken room assignment needed adjustment. Told Will “check” by RN who would then disappear for over a half hour with no follow-up.
