My Dad went in with one issue, 2 weeks later he had 28 issues, including sepsis and 4 procedures that did nothing to help him.
We flew into Cleveland not knowing what to expect. What I found was excellent staff and customer service interactions (love the 'one stop shopping' phone number when you are just getting started and online portal). The Doctor (Anthony de Buck van Overstraeten) was excellent - knowledge exceeded any of the specialists I have traveled to see In the past 10 years and took the time to answer any / all questions that we had (and we had many). I went with my husband for a simple pulmonary appointment on May 1. The doctor had no bedside manner, treated us like we were ignorant, and told my husband we needed to see an oncologist. We saw an oncologist that day, a biopsy was performed on May 15. We haven’t heard a word since, despite my husband reaching out. Does this sound like negligence to you? Thanks Dr. Murthy, your lack of care and professionalism has been noticed and appreciated
Cleveland clinics is a great hospital. They give excellent care. We drove 8 hrs for a colon reversal because they are the best
Our 5 year old son had a problem where he got sick and his throat swelled up. ENT looked at him and said he needs a tonsilectomy. They tell us the insurance is covering everything. 5 days before the surgery they tell us the insurance is not covering anything, told us pay in full now or they will cancel the surgery.
