This is my second time around for Physical Therapy for my right shoulder then a year later after I finally did the replacement. My first PT Shelly K. is still there! She is the best!! I could transfer to closer facility that's not a 30 minute drive, but I want Shelly. I hope they are paying her what she is worth!!!

Beth H is terrible! Her personality makes my skin crawl! She pushed me hard! And then made stuff up about me in her “Notes.” I don’t play video games!! Had three therapists who were treating me for which problem? I don’t know! Nobody told me anything about their plans for me! The therapists act like they talk about the patients. One therapist was nice in the beginning. But she acted kind of weird toward me the second time. The third therapist was nice the first time, but we were really personal and I think she said some thin... read more

Went to Akron General to have a blood test ordered from summa in stow ohio. Went immediately ( approx 20 minutes) for a blood test and everything went well until they put me in room for a 3 minute test to check white blood cells for an infection. After over an hour I checked myself out without test. To wait for an hour plus for a blood test is insane. The nurses need to be certified to do blood which I have found out they are not. Should be a REQUIREMENT before they graduate from nursing school which a lot are not.
