Avoid buying a jersey from the team shop AT ALL COST. Bought my grandson a Garland jersey for XMas. Garland gets trader so I call about exchanging the jersey per the policy on the NBA shop website. I was told to go down to the shop and they would exchange it. Took my grandson down Saturday to exchange the jersey. Told that the Cavs don’t honor the trade policy. So “Let ‘Em Know” don’t buy your Cavs jersey from the Cavs team shop!!
Great atmosphere. Fun for the whole family
Not a huge review guy. I grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland and now live out of state, but I always look to spend time back in the area during the holidays. Some family and I recently decided to take in a Monsters game while I was home and we stopped by this team shop during the event. I contacted the arena (main) store location to seek advice on an a pretty frustrating issue involving Internet sales, and I had the good fortune of having TIFFANY answer the phone! Tiffany was absolutely fantastic! She carefully listened to my issue, contacted whom I believe is her "manager's manager", and told me that he will be taking care of it personally and will connect with me soon!
