Probably the worst MOT centre in existence. Wife took the Qashqai in, they listed a load of faults and a price to fix. Took it elsewhere who said none of the faults were fails, but they'd missed two failed indicators, two tyre advisories, brake advisories, and the split boot looked like it had just been cut. Failed handbrake as 'not efficient' and 'we have to rip the handbrake out to see whats wrong'. Just pure and simple as a tyre for me, wanted the same brand as manufacturer, the man in reception offered an alternative but I prefer matching all the way around my vehicle, cost more I appreciate that but as a business really accommodated me, so professional would highly recommend to anyone
Been going to Cleveland Auto Services for over 20 years. Always had great service. All staff are friendly and helpful.
