I recently made an order and was sent the wrong size. I was advised to try install it anyway, and to no surprise it did not fit. I packed it back up and was told to wait for further instruction. The instructions were: "If you would be able to send us back the cover and once it arrives we will be able to ship you out a new one." Seriously? Ask me to organise the return for the item that doesn't match what I ordered?
