For the third time in a month I have woken up to my entire complex not having water with absolutely no warning. I have a stomach bug and work nights. The lady on the phone was so rude and condescending. So on top of not being able to fix the water after the first two times, they can't be bothered to hire people who aren't beyond rude.
Can't ever get ahold of them
Water is extremely brown and dirty!!!! Terrible water!!!
Shout out to the workers who came out and fixed my main line in literally a day. And thank you to the customer service reps for all of their help.
