I placed an order for delivery. My order kept getting delayed because the restaurant was behind and it never arrived.
Business response:
We have many problems with third party drivers. Sometimes they don’t show up at all, or they are waiting for 5-6 orders that were ordered at different times thus delaying them bringing your food. They trick the system and customers saying they are waiting for your food when it is ready and they are waiting on other orders placed 15-20 minutes behind yours. Vegetarians! The Corona Virus was KILLING our vacay! We found Cleo's by accident. The beans that came with the Egyptian Breakfast platter were to die for, and the roasted Veggie Platter with Basmati Rice was delicious, as well. Looks like they have a gorgeous restaurant, but right now you have to order in the grocery store part of the business, and take your food out until the ban on ratting in restaurants is lifted. Stay safe! And thank you, Cleo's, for serving great vegetarian meals, despite the Corona outbreak!

From the street looks like a regular bodega. But when you walk in there are tables in the back. Service quick. Food excellent! Freshly made down to the hot sauce. Official middle eastern food prepared by a middle eastern family. This is the place you want when you're looking for great service and delicious authentic middle eastern food.
