Sales experience was great. Ask for Steven. He took time for my wife and I to try different mattresses and adjustable beds. He explained te difference between each, knew his products and told us what the benefits were for each and didn't pressure us into what we didn't want. Giving 5 stars, but thought of only giving 4. The only problem we had was with the delivery guys. They were supossed to call the night before, but didn't call until about 7:30 the morning of delivery.
