We’re working on resolution to getting the furniture repaired! As you can see I am definitely not the one that just post negative reviews however, I feel like I have gotten the runaround, once again by their Protection Plan. I have purchased it on most everything I have bought, and have never had anything repaired or made right. The couch I just purchased is literally breaking down in every way.
