Cleo's is a terrible furniture store because of their NO RETURN policy. The recliner chair we bought there was positioned against the back wall and when we tried it out, it didn't go all the way back, but you would assume that it would, so we bought it. We wanted a "regular" recliner that reclines. This particular one didn't and they wouldn't take it back after 3 days of owning it stating that's store policy. What kind of customer service is that? I purchased a recliner for my husband.ON SALE $600. CASH..The chair almost immediately began falling apart. You name it...it broke.. We brought it to be repaired under warranty.Its a huge thing ,difficult to move but they don't send a repairman or come pick it up like whites or Fergusons will. They said 2 weeks to repair what was broken. Bought a mattress and had it delivered three weeks later (we were moving). Had it a week and had back issues and wanted to exchange it for a different one. Was told the district mgr said you can't return a mattress. Ask about their 30 day satisfaction guarantee, was told that was only for online purchases and in store sales were final. Same mattress is the same price online, makes no sense to ever buy in the store. We are building a new home and plan to buy new furniture...it won't be from Cleo's. We spent several thousands (95% of it paid in cash) in November 2013 at Cleo's Benton location. When the pieces were delivered, we noted & reported immediately, several issues. One piece was replaced fairly quickly. Supposedly the others had to be ordered, although they had pieces in the store that they could have traded, Anyway, it is now SIX MONTHS LATER and we are STILL waiting for one large piece to be replaced and a smaller piece to be replaced. I bought a icomfort mattress a little over a month ago. It is now sagging and have to take it to the store to have it sent back with no replacement and no time frame on replacement. Not a good job Patrick. And no customer satisfaction gaurantee.

Very nice store. Price and quality are very important to me. I have been buying there for 10 years. I shop all the stores but end up buying all my furniture at Cleo's.

Cleo's Furniture Sherwood is of poor quality with poor service. I purchased a mattress 10 moths ago from this store. Paying around 1000 dollars. Now, the mattress has come unsewn exposing at least 6 inches of foam. I was told by the store mgr and the district mgr they do not replace mattresses. I can pay for delivery to their store and they'll send it back to the factory for repair. My other option was to haul it to the store myself. I was told it would be about 1 week before I get my mattress back. I asked where I'm suppose... read more

If you need furniture, go see Matt at Cleo's! The store is huge, lots of choices and the prices are very reasonable. Matt is a great guy to work with, and I'm sure the others there are too!
