NO COMFORT GUARANTEE!! We bought $9000 worth of furniture, and we are not happy with the mattress we purchased - it feels Much Firmer than the floor model, and we are very uncomfortable, and Cleo's does not have Any Guarantee for that and will not take it back. "TRY WALKING AROUND ON IT ON YOUR KNEES AND BREAK IT IN!" the salesperson said.
