Looking for a mattress
Cleo's does not tell you everything about the warranty at the time of purchase! I bought a leather sofa set, picked it up Wednesday (9/25/13), when I took the packaging off I found it has a DEEP scratch on one of the arms and a piece of metal trying to come through the front! When I called them they said I had to return it to the store for them to make a judgement on wether or not it is a warranty issue!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! This is the Pine Bluff store. the staff are rude and , they lie about the quality of their mech.
Went to Cleo's Furniture in Pine Bluff. Purchased a sofa, picked it up, got it home, unwrapped it and thats when the wood trim came off on one side. Called Cleo's for phone# of shoddy manufacturer and they claim they are unable to provide. To honor warranty, Cleo's wanted me to load it back up and take to store, YEAH. If it's Cleo's or Washington Furniture sales, LLC. The manufacturer, be very cautious. Better yet, don't buy. 1st and last time at any Cleo's.
Purchased a dinette set from Cleo's Furniture in Pine Bluff. Went to pick it up and it was sold to another customer. I ask to cancel the order and was told NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. How can you sell 1 set of furniture and get paid by 2 different people. Deal with a company with better customer service than Cleo's.
