Bought a mattress and had it delivered three weeks later (we were moving). Had it a week and had back issues and wanted to exchange it for a different one. Was told the district mgr said you can't return a mattress. Ask about their 30 day satisfaction guarantee, was told that was only for online purchases and in store sales were final. Same mattress is the same price online, makes no sense to ever buy in the store. We are building a new home and plan to buy new furniture...it won't be from Cleo's.
