I visited for the 2-hour Sculpt & Detox Spa Journey. While the treatment itself was relaxing, I left feeling disappointed by the value. Despite arriving on time for my 11am slot and paying upfront, I was kept waiting in reception because the "infrared" pod wasn't ready. The Infrared Cocoon didn't seem to have the infrared light expected, feeling more like a basic heat pod.
