Their is no Enterprise office at this location. A shuttle 15 minutes away will come if they answer their phone. Shuttle took off left 4 of us at airport had to wait 1 hr. Customer service was closed no answer at desk. We were quessing if they would pick us up they did after 1 hour wait and no answer to repeated calls to the office. Highly professional service. Picked me up at airport upon arrival in Stockton, CA. Upon completion of my rental, returned me to the airport in a timely manner. Courteous and friendly staff.

When the airlines were canceling flights I rented a car at Henderson, NV and dropped it at Stockton, CA. Thanks Enterprise for giving me the option.

Not open until 8am on a Monday. No signs assisting in finding the parking for drop off. No physical door & drop box is by the USPS boxes. Tucked awkwardly & not easy to find unless being directed by the 4th person I had to call for assistance. My reservation allowed me to drop off at 7am. This process needs to be improved ASAP.
