On Nov 14,2025 two girls attending this daycare when picked up by there parent, the parent was told there hair was cut with no explanation of how this happened or who did it. The parent was just told there hair was found on the floor. As parents we expect our children to be cared for not treated like an animals. Also the parents did not receive a phone call of what had happened and no report was done.

Kindercare don't feel like home anymore the center new manger/management is rude. They don't even let you when there's a new teacher like Kelly use to do. She is not welcoming and don't have any compassionate.If have to write all reviews it will take more than 10 pages so i will end here. I feel sorry for kids because they have get use to this school they've been there since 2022 but I'm still looking for different school. I wish I can give a 0 star but for the sake of Ms. Tina i have to give 1 star, she's the best

After being a proud KinderCare parent for 5 years, things have taken a turn for the worse. Under new leadership ( since June 2025), KinderCare in Clementon no longer feels like the family oriented, welcoming center it once was. A year ago , I was able to give five stars. For the sake of the other families whom we’ve formed relationships with over the years, I hope Kindercare can one day be what it once was.

My son has just started with Kindercare and his teachers have been extremely kind and caring towards him. The Director has been very involved and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Ms.Kelly is amazing and you can tell her and her staff really care about the children. They do arts and crafts and feed them very well and even cater to my son's diaterary needs since we are vegetarian which is not very common. I honestly was completely nervous about having my daughter start daycare to begin with but they made it such an easy transition. Even when she has moved up in the different classes they made sure she was comfortable and loved.
