Julia did a wonderful job on my cello. It looks great and plays even better.
Shout out for customer service! As any string player knows a broken string can be a literal showstopper and for my 86-year-old mother this certainly was true. Thanks for your kindness in putting her new string on her viola and making her feel like a valued customer when she visited your shop this week. She enjoyed her outing for the day and now she can return to playing!
