We just completed a sale and purchase of our home with CFR. Kirsty and Brid in the conveyancing team were great at keeping in touch, getting things sorted and getting everything over the line...it wasn't smooth sailing all the way through the transaction but the most straightforward part was CFR dealing with the legal side of things! Thanks very much and would recommend them to anyone looking for a house sale / purchase!
Tried to charge nearly £4000 for one email then reduced to below £1000 when I advised I would refer their overcharging to the Taxing Master (who decides on fair fees)
