I recently completed Carly's course Writing Your Memoirs. Great course which helped me zero in on aspects of my personal history and how they've helped to shape my life. Carly was an empathetic and emotionally present instructor whose course resources helped to stimulate thought and memory.

I have been to Carly twice for her amazing bodywork sessions so far and I will be booking further appointments. After an initial assessment of what may be ailing you or where your tension spots are, Carly goes to work with very powerful hands and intention and focuses on those areas where the energies are blocked and works to release them.
