My husband discovered water meter leaking. He called water dept. after hours and they dispatched Jeremy, who arrives within an hour. He discovered the leak in meter box. A fine young man, who represents the city well! Wayne Carothers
Been trying to call for the past two days about my bill been on hold both times for over 30 min and cant get a hold of anyone ans there website is a joke
..what is going on with the water meter readers..they over billed me for $850.00.. blamed it in me...then they reversed the charges..now they have misread the meter again...and i,m in perpetual credit...your system is soooo lame!!!!!
