Beautiful place. As with all nature centers, educational activities and events for children and adults. I would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the fact that Lake Cosca was drained, which I was told this will not be permanent.
A gem to visit! The Science on the Sphere display is an awesome educational tool. Google is wrong in listing the entrance ticket price at $6. Their website notes that the nature center is free to visit but they do offer some programs that require a registration fee.
Such a wonderful place to visit! We attended the Animal Show today and had an amazing time. From the staff to the hands-on experiences, everyone and everything was incredible to see!
We had such a great visit to Clearwater Nature Center! It was incredibly educational, with so many interactive exhibits that kept both kids and adults engaged the entire time. One of my favorite parts was the Honey Bee setup—it was fascinating and really well done. The native plant garden was also beautiful and a great way to learn about local ecosystems in a hands-on way.
