I booked only a day in advance for a trip from Indian Shores to the Tampa airport, and they were amazing at accommodating my last-minute requests. As a mom traveling alone with my daughter, I specifically needed a forward-facing car seat with a five-point harness and preferred a female driver. They handled both perfectly.
