Losing certain people who actually care for your loved ones and their needs is a big factor to companies like this. You can feel the change on so many aspects and it makes you want to pull family members away and bring them to a better and safer place. As a one-time visitor, I was utterly appalled by the deplorable conditions at Clearwater, where my mom's friend is unfortunately stuck in memory care. The management's rudeness and unprofessionalism were glaringly obvious from the moment I walked in. The neglect and lack of care were palpable. The employees are clearly overworked and under-supported, struggling to provide even basic care. I'm going am expose this abusive behavior from clearwater management. Let me be unequivocally clear: I am writing to demand immediate and decisive action regarding the appalling working conditions in your Memory Support Unit, which are directly and dangerously compromising the quality of care provided to residents — including my grandfather. Clearwater was very helpful as I visited several locations in search of the best place for my loved one. They applied no pressure, answered all of my questions very honestly and did very thing possible to help the process move smoothly within MY desired timeframe. I have NOT been disappointed.
