I bought my first invisible screen from HIS Apollo Screen & Shade more than 5 years ago when they had a vendor booth at the San Diego County Fair. The quality is exceptional, and I still have the original screen on my front door. I love my screen so much that I just purchased another one for a different part of the house. The employees at Apollo are so friendly and professional, and you are supporting a local company when you buy from them.
Apollo installed a front screen door with a latch a few weeks ago in our home. After 1 week, the door started having issues with opening as it kept getting stuck on the track. When I called back, they told me that the next available appointment was over 1 week out. Our door was serviced and we were told that the latch needed tightening and the bottom frame needed to be shaved down a bit which was done at the time. Both screens were installed less than 3 hours. Installer kept area clean and safe. He explained the companies warranty policy and how to take care of the product. It is difficult to discern if the screen door is shut or not; the installer provided ideals to keep family members from walking through the screens.
When they came for the appointment to measure the door he arrived early and very friendly. Then the screen door arrived earlier than expected and was installed. That went smoothly and we love our new door!
