This owner Josh really needs to learn some etiquette and manners first interaction and he’s bitching about the length of my email because I’m going into detail of permissive purpose and telling me that they are the ones that will decide what will be done in an investigation. Clearly, his main business and only business is serving papers.

We hired them to reach a contractor that was not reachable. We had tried registered mail multiple times and failed. Josh and his team were great with communication from the very beginning and tried their best to get the contractor and serve them as quickly as possible. They were so efficient and quick. Always kept me in the loop on the progress. After serving them, they even efiled the proof of service to the court for us at no cost! Highly recommend!
