Was a customer for over 20 years- customer service has been declining. Final straw was when I found out that I had a fraudulent transaction on my credit card- it took 4 phone calls, 1 email and a chat to finally get it removed. Customer service for CFCU is pathetic. I have had better customer service from teenagers at local fast food. Decided to close all accounts after reading BBB reviews.
Tony from customer resolutions is an extremely disrespectful condescending man if you can call him that. I don’t know if he speaks to everyone in that manner or if it’s just women, either way it’s unacceptable. While he isn’t talking over you he treats you like a second rate citizen. I have been a member for over 20 years and am appalled at the way he is. I can honestly say in my entire life I’ve never had someone be that ignorant and he’s supposed to be who we go to for support? Unbelievable
