terrible customer service. people who dont want to answer phones shouldnt be answering them just to be rude. not to mention management sucks, whats the corp number?
My husband had an auto loan through this bank I highly wouldn't recommend them for a loan any kind of loan the guy named Keith on the phone was very rude he shouldn't be in customer service if he rude to customers.

This bank is no good my husband had a auto loan with them some guy name Keith I was talking to on the phone was lying that he was going to mail the bill to our home to get it resolved and then threatened to take us to court for 500 dollars we will never get an auto loan with them again or use this bank our auto loan account is closed and pay off now .He was very rude on the phone shouldn't be working in customer service if you rude to people.
