Hands down the worst bank you could possibly use in Butler Pennsylvania. I had so many problems with this bank after using it for only 2 months that I crawled back to my old bank. I wasted an hour giving information on obtaining a mortgage but never heard any follow up. They would not deposit a check in the amount of $5,000 payable to my wife and I into my account because they stated my wife was not a member of the credit union despite her being listed as a joint owner on the account.
