Always a great experience here
I joined this credit union as mine doesn't have a drive up teller or ATM.. All went well until I attempted to get a car loan from them. You have to call, go online, or schedule an appointment (which was to far out). I called they took my info and told me they would get back to me. Needless to say the car sold because they never did reach out to me. I called the local branch and they apologized and offered me the same options but again I couldn't get an appointment that would fit my schedule. I honestly am reconsidering this ... read more

This review is no reflection on the employee performance in the branch but as the establishment as a whole. This credit union has provided me with nothing but the most stressful and problematic banking experience imaginable for the last 7 years I’ve finally gotten fed up and am moving on. They will nickel and dime you to Seth with all there fees. If you have a complaint the will smile and listen to your complaints and then quickly disregard them. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!
