Went in with my paperwork to apply for a line of credit and was treated like an idiot by the mortgage officer. They told me that, "You can't just open up a HELOC". Stopped over PNC afterwards and they had no issues taking my application and getting the process started.
Don’t do business here
When was the bank for over 20 years in the beginning never had issues and they are fine. If you don’t need them for anything but the moment you do they are horrible. They keep sending new debit cards to an address. I haven’t lived in in over six years, they keep telling me that they’ve gotten rid of that address within my account but then every single time my debit card still get sent to an old address and I have to sit and wait over a month before I actually get a debit card I was a victim of fraud and they basically did no... read more
Yesterday I got right in . 2day it was a very long line. 5 or 6 people b4 me , and 5 people after me. This lobby is NOT that big. Only 2 tellers 2day, not 4 like Yesterday. Seems 2 me that in a busy day , one would have more tellers, not less.
