Brentwood location I need a manager or corporate to reach out to me bc this was ridiculous how I’ve been not only was I In the bank longer than intended but Jaylen found everything funny I will be back to close my account sense there isn’t a manager on the weekends and no one could do anything there without management is crazy I gave this man $9,982 in cash and this man said he could give me a blank cashiers check and then when I asked for my money back he tried saying he could give me back the cash I just handed him asking ... read more

For security purposes do NOT bank with them! If someone were to steal your information and make unauthorized charges on your card they can’t get your money back. Please do your research h and bank with a more stable bank like PNC to save yourself the disappointment. Communication here is horrible and as a result I’m out of money. Don’t believe me?
