Horrible experience with their team, after making me waiting for week and more, they said declined my process, they are a very good actor do not trust them,even they don’t deserved one star as well
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON’T OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM THEY DON’T APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAD A APPOINTMENT FOR 4:00 GOT THERE AT 330. THE TELLER ASKED ME DID I HAVE AN APPT I TOLD HIM YES HE TOLD THE MANAGER SHE SAID THANKS I WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM. SHE SET AT HER DESK SHE CAME OUT 1x AROUND 4:30 AND WALKED PAST US. Brentwood location I need a manager or corporate to reach out to me bc this was ridiculous how I’ve been not only was I In the bank longer than intended but Jaylen found everything funny I will be back to close my account sense there isn’t a manager on the weekends and no one could do anything there without management is crazy I gave this man $9,982 in cash and this man said he could give me a blank cashiers check and then when I asked for my money back he tried saying he could give me back the cash I just handed him asking ... read more
