I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Vento From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Vento took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and conducted a thorough hearing evaluation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand my hearing test results in detail. Highly recommend to anyone needing hearing care — compassionate, skilled, and genuinely caring.
Audiologist was very detail oriented and friendly, have referred family as well at this point!
Appointment was made for4:30. Got there at 4:15 office is closed. No phone call was made to reschedule nothing. Very unprofessional at the Cambria Heights office
