My mother has been in hospice care for some time, so when we have had issues with her hearing aids she is not able to go to the office to get them checked. They were also reaching the end of their "repairable" time span, but Christian has been very understanding and very good at working with me to get a working solution for her. This was very important to us because when she is alert we want her to be able to hear and communicate with family. He has been very understanding and helpful!

The Audiologist, Christian, was incredibly professional and kind. He did the most thorough hearing examination that I have ever had. There was no high pressure sales and he worked within my budget. The company is absolutely aces from top to bottom, and I HIGHLY recommend their services.
