Very friendly and helpful. Extremely compassionate and understanding about hearing loss.
Came here with my parents for a family appointment. The secretary got sniffy and insisted that the appointment was scheduled for 1:30 (we came in for a 1:00 appointment) we were kept waiting for an hour before leaving without being seen. The secretary needs to be fired
Hours are by APPT only -since COVID era. No walk ins (like me).
Had issue in beginning but this was resolved. Got my hearing aids and was very pleased with fit and how to use them. Thank you
