Very friendly, knowledgeable,fast. Love my hearing aids.
He was selling only one brand which was very expensive! We gave 0ur information week prior to our visit, but no one bothered to put in the computer or run the insurance to check the copay. He told us he was going to call us the next day, but he never did. We felt that he was getting a commission, and he didn't like that we didn't choose the most expensive hearing aids. I would not recommend this business. I'll be calling our insurance to file a complaint.
This is a great and knowledgeable office. They took great care of my Gram.
