Was very clear easy to understand
Poor customer service. I was told a monthly amount and it would be broken up into 2 payments. Twice a year I get 3 paychecks. I noticed they were taking 3 payments this month and put a ticket into to skip the payment. I talked via email back in forth about the ramifications regarding this action on Monday. Wednesday I notice the draft hasn’t been cancelled and have to send an email and 2 chat messages to get a response after 48 hours. Finally was told sorry you need to give 5 days notice.
