the sauna itself does the job. customer service is great. the app is weak and needs to be improved, very hard to set up with limited controls. disappointing. service folks are terrific.
The app to be able to turn it on remotely is about the worst "app" I've ever encountered since I started using apps 15 years ago. Cmon guys. It doesn't work. You need to step it up and not ask people to switch their WiFi network to another frequency and have it STILL NOT WORK. Or try downloading the jacuzzi app bc it "sometimes works on that one" Or install some new part when the sauna has already been installed and we can't access that wall without major construction surgery. Sauna is fine and good looking. App is absolutely terrible non-functioning and so antiquated. Every review on every forum has been expressing extreme frustration. I just received an updated power supply and once again app does not connect. I can't believe a company this size selling a product that is a financial investment, does not put in the effort to address this obvious customer dissatisfaction.
