I will share my experience with the delivery since I have yet to try the sauna. But the delivery experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share it so other people maybe will consider another company that actually provide quality delivery. My delivery driver arrives alone to drop off my sauna. He struggled for 30 mins to get it on the lift of his truck, but put it sideways and started lowering the lift. I usually don’t write reviews, but I bought the retreat sauna from Clear light a few years back for my wife’s birthday present and I could not be more impressed with the sauna itself when it comes to the quality, etc. The reason why I truly am writing. The review is the service after the fact I had a small hiccup with the sauna and the Customer Care’s immediate response to fix the issue was absolutely amazing. I don't want to leave a bad review, but I have been trying to get a callback for parts on a heater that went out. I have two weeks into the process, Left a message that was not returned. Then I reached someone who seems to take info and arrange a callback. This was approx 5 days ago, was told a technician would contact me. Still no contact. Just got delivery and was sent the wrong floor. Can’t get anyone on customer service or a return phone call yet so I have no idea how to address this… Update: it was the right floor, but it was hard to reach anybody right away and really a frustrating assembly process. They underplay that a lot but now we’ve had the sauna for several weeks and are very happy with it.
The Clearlight Outdoor Sauna is a quality product, though three things I'm very disappointed about are * It takes a very long time to heat up * The app they provided is terrible—it doesn't work * Customer service follow-up is terrible.
