Sauna is fine and good looking. App is absolutely terrible non-functioning and so antiquated. Every review on every forum has been expressing extreme frustration. I just received an updated power supply and once again app does not connect. I can't believe a company this size selling a product that is a financial investment, does not put in the effort to address this obvious customer dissatisfaction.
Overall it's well built, but we have experienced a lot of issues with the company. Our sauna was delivered several months after they said it would be ready, with multiple delays. Their sales person told me our model takes 20 minutes to heat to 135, when it actually takes an hour and a half. Several calls to customer service for various issues have been met with incompetence at best, and attitude at worst. Purchased the clearlight sanctuary “Y”sauna in 2019. It’s been an amazing product. I leave the benches out of it, so I can do yoga or other workouts inside. I frequently will take kettlebell’s inside, soft medicine balls, dumbbells, you name it. Shadow boxing, yoga, tons of core work, stretching etc. It’s pretty typical for me to workout inside the sauna for 1 hour. I wait until it’s 140 degrees then start the workout. Been waiting for months for a new roof for my sauna that collapsed. Now the rest of the sauna is damaged because it’s been exposed for so long. “Lifetime Warranty” is a joke…
