Caught fire. It’s dangerous. Have been chasing customer service for last 2 months
Just got delivery and was sent the wrong floor. Can’t get anyone on customer service or a return phone call yet so I have no idea how to address this, but it’s created a huge issue. We have a large pieces, all unboxed for assembly and were completely stuck because we got the wrong floor. Really disappointed with this experience so far
This company offers the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I get shuffled around from department to department, rep to rep. No one takes any action to provide assistance or answer any questions. We had an entire 500 lb pallet accidentally shipped to us of replacement parts. I can’t physically move it, and they have yet to return to pick it up. It’s been a month. My damaged sauna is under warranty, but they haven’t sent a tech out who can repair it.
Overall it's well built, but we have experienced a lot of issues with the company. Our sauna was delivered several months after they said it would be ready, with multiple delays. Their sales person told me our model takes 20 minutes to heat to 135, when it actually takes an hour and a half. Several calls to customer service for various issues have been met with incompetence at best, and attitude at worst.
