Providers this company is the biggest scam ever! They get you on a sales call to sign you up and show you different levels of payment scenarios and then when you actually sign up they end up taking wayyyyyyyy more than any of the supposedly "worse case scenarios" that they promise you. They end up taking 55-75% of the money and they promise you that the money is "guaranteed" and that they are taking all of the risk which is why they take so much money but the money is virtually never guaranteed they have all of these loophol... read more

Not the best. The financing tool is very complex, and not user friendly. Their customer service department is understaffed, and I frequently have to wait on hold extensively for answers to questions. The way they manage the money is so confusing, I can't keep track of it, or reconcile it with my system, and sure they "approve everyone" for financing, but it's at an unmanageable cost (40-50%) to the business. I will not use this system any further.

I am a provider that uses ClearGage and have had good experiences with them. They do not charge as high of fees as some other companies and the customer service is always good and polite.

This company hides numerous fee's that they do not tell you about. Each transaction has a minimum of 3 different transactions fee's. Also they allowed a individual that had no permission or access to my account cancel a payment plan. I recommend that no one use them to fund their medical patients.
