I was in a car accident on May 15th 2023 I’ve been waiting for 3 1/2 years I’m disabled and getting back to work slowly but we had another accident and a victim yet again, and I didn’t bring it to their attention to wait another 3 1/2 years. I have emailed, called and reached out numerous times and never received a call back about my settlement check that was supposed to be released a while ago. Their customer service and communication is horrible.
UPDATE!! NOW, AFTER TALKING TO FRANK FROM CLEARFIELD ASSOCIATES AND MY OWN PERSONAL RESOURCES, I HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTAND OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. THE SCHEME THAT'S HAPPENING AT THIS FIRM AND PROBABLY MANY OTHER FIRMS AND THE DYNAMIC BETWEEN THEM AND PHYSICAL THERAPY FACILITIES IS INFLATION OF THE MEDICAL BILL. THEY HAVE AN AGREEMENT TO INFLATE THE BILL FOR THE OVERALL OUTCOME OF THE CASE. THE HIGHER THE MEDICAL BILL THE HIGHER THE SETTLEMENT OFFER WILL BE. THE LAWYERS GET THEIR 40% OFF OF THE TOP SO THEIR PAYOUT WON'T DECREASE.... read more
